FABIAN PINEDA, PE

OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Founder and Managing Director of Altus Dexter. Fabian has more than 20 years of experience in project management, design, operation, reliability, and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial, oil, gas and offshore applications. Throughout his career, Fabian has held far reaching technical and management positions in both big oil and engineering consultant companies, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in projects ranging from onshore heavy oil fields to offshore battery energy storage systems, liquified natural gas facilities, and drilling rigs, in five countries and two continents. Fabian has appeared in national TV and has delivered presentations of multiple topics to multiple audiences, in both English and Spanish.

Fabian holds a bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela (2005), and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University (2021). As an aviation enthusiast, he also holds a Commercial Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration. Additionally, he is licensed to practice engineering (PE) in the States of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota.
